Avasant supported the client with a number of initiatives related to the outsourcing of the client’s data center, help desk, desktop and PMO functions. - Assisted one of the Largest Third Party Administrators in US to setup India operations; Avasant analyzed the TPA processes and worked closely with the client team in developing process and governance requirements as well as a Build, Operate and Transfer strategy for execution of the operations model
